Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ALDO purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization form.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or bring it to a local ALDO store for an immediate exchange.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
